At Tutu Du Monde, we want your little one to feel magical in their new garment, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items in original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the delicate tulle is handled with care to qualify for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment bag and all decorative elements are protected.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
